Ramen..what do you know about Ramen? To me, it’s just noodle and soup…aiyoh, something like instant noodle lor; maggie mee curry, cintan mee, etc…………………..

But the actual Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish which served in a meat-based broth, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, green onions, seaweeds and even corn (that is the basic).

Ramen was actually origanated from China. I did not created it oh…i have read it through an article.

To summarize it…

‘Ramen’ is the Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese hand-pulled noodles/old noodles/dredge up noodles..err something like ‘lar mian’, ‘la mian’, ‘lao mian’ or ‘lo mien’. Gosh…very confusing!

Anyway, it was 17th century, during the Meiji period whereby ‘ramen’ became very famous till now.

Short enough? hahaha…

The Ramen noodles comes in various shapes and lengths; it may be fat, thin, ribbon-like, as well as straight or wrinkled. As for the Ramen soup, is made from stock based on chicken or pork. But there’s abit of combination on it such as miso, beef bones, kelp (kombu), dried baby sardines (niboshi), tuna flakes (katsuobushi), soy sauce etc..

Wow, a lot of variation..wonder if I could had the chance to test all of it?

Last month went to Singapore for Christmas holiday and William ‘s brother brought us to a shop…i guess somewhere near at the Orchard Road. The shop looked quite old and small but the Ramen were ‘superb’. I like it very much…So there are four of us having Ramen and we ordered differently, some with corns, butter and ah…forgotten liao >.< hehehe!

Here goes the Ramen that we’ve ordered.

2 years back ago, i went for my cousin brother’s wedding….somewhere near to jln. duta or jln. ipoh (i can’t remembered) hehehe…as far as i know, it is the federal mosque!

Well is my 1st time in to mosque. Kinda of excited, coz I’ve never been to mosque. I was wondering

‘how’s the inner part of mosque looks like?’

‘how big is the mosque?’,

‘what can see in the mosque?’

‘how’s the interior design?’
